Several ASPIRE members, along with other researchers and advocates from Aotearoa, attended the 2023 Society for Research into Nicotine and Tobacco (SRNT) conference.

A key highlight was Andrew Waa's presentation as a keynote speaker in the Presidential Symposium: Challenging Power in Commercial Tobacco Control Research: A Decolonizing Perspective. Selah Hart, CEO of Hāpai Te Hauora, was also a keynote speaker.
