The new report presents evidence on patterns of e-cigarette use, and knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs about e-cigarettes among people who smoke and who have recently quit smoking in New Zealand, and includes comparisons with findings from other countries participating in the ITC Project. The report provides important information that can inform debates about the likely impact of e-cigarettes on achieving the Smokefree 2025 goal, and the best policy and regulatory framework for these products.
