ASPIRE2025 is very excited to share the news that we are bringing one of the biggest names in tobacco control to New Zealand. Professor Stanton (Stan) Glantz, the American Legacy Foundation Distinguished Professor of Tobacco Control, has published on a very wide array of tobacco control topics and was instrumental in establishing the Legacy Tobacco Documents Library.
We are currently finalising details of Stan’s visit in April, and will post more details shortly. But in the mean time, please note that he will give talks in:
- Auckland on Monday 8 April
- Wellington on Tuesday 9 April
- Dunedin on Thursday 11 April
Professor Glantz heads the Center for Tobacco Control Research & Education at the University of California, San Francisco.
