Frank is a distinguished professor of economics at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Center on the Economics of Tobacco Control.

His seminar will describe his recent most work on tobacco taxation and discuss its relevance to the achievement of the Smokefree 2025 goal.

With the last planned tobacco taxation increase in New Zealand planned for 2016 this is a very topical issue for us in the tobacco control sector and we invite you to RSVP now.
